In "Heaven" the animals talk. They talk of how their lives were, what they did, what they liked, what they didn't like. Occasionally, a horse might ask a guinea pig how it died. And then, in turn, the guinea pig would ask the same of the horse. They discuss where they are and how they got there. They remember all the conversations their mothers and fathers would have about life after death. How some of them didn't believe in it, and how others were so devout, they preached to others about it. In "Heaven" the Animals play all the time. They enjoy the afterlife to the fullest and remember all the times they had with their families. Sparkie, that dog from when you were a kid, still has his favorite blue bone. Kiki, your Persian cat who entered your life after you went to college, still has her fake catnip mouse toy. They play with them all the time.

In "Heaven" the animals have the best food in the world. The cats dine nightly on the best caviar and fish they can find in the rivers. The horses are treated to an abundance of hay and occasionally, sweet feed. The dogs get the finest meat and those who can stomach it will get finely aged cheese, occasionally. They never have to worry about getting in trouble for doing their business in the wrong spot, because there is no wrong spot. They go anywhere and the land uses it up so that it can replenish the land...

In "Heaven" the animals and humans talk to one another. Some of the quadrupeds become bipeds and begin to strike up conversations. Families are reunited, and relatives who loved the animal when they were both living, can now find some peace as they wait for the arrival of the rest of the family. They talk of things they both enjoyed doing. And sometimes, they even fall in love. They don't care anymore if people look at them weirdly. They've reached the end of the road, and now, they just want to be happy....

In "Heaven" the humans and animals are each other. Every animal is part human. Every human is part animal.

For now, we must wait to go to "Heaven" and be reunited. So now, we just sit..
